With Bookiphy, clubs can manage a variety of activities or products through four distinct booking types: Subscription Bookings, Ad Hoc Bookings, Flexi Bookings, and Camp Bookings. Each option is tailored to different scheduling and payment needs, allowing clubs to offer diverse services to their members.
1. Subscription Bookings (Most Popular)
- Definition: Subscription bookings are recurring, fixed-fee plans that allow members to pay a regular fee for access to specific services or activities.
- Available billing frequencies: Monthly, Weekly, Custom (Days, Weeks, Months, Years)
- How It Works: Members subscribe to a plan that grants them regular access to certain services, whether it's unlimited use or a fixed number of sessions per period, and payment will be taken from customers account as per the billing frequency you have setup. For example for a monthly subscription if customer subscribes on 5th of March, next payment will be automatically taken on 5th of April and so on.
- Example: A sports club offering a monthly subscription for football class which runs from 6pm to 7 pm every Wednesday and payment will be taken from customers on a monthly basis.

2. Camp Bookings

- Definition: Camp bookings are designed for seasonal, multi-day activities or camps that occur over a defined period, such as holiday or summer camps.
- How It Works: Camps are not recurring in nature. Customers book for an entire camp or program that spans multiple days or weeks, usually with a one-time payment covering the entire event.
- Example: A kids’ club offering summer sports camps, where parents can book their children for a week-long program .i.e, mix sports classes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 8th Feb with total price of £150. Here the customer cannot pick and choose the days they would like to attend, they need to purchase the entire block of classes defined by the centre.

3. Ad Hoc Bookings
- Definition: Ad hoc bookings allow members or customers to book activities or services on a one-time, as-needed basis.
- How It Works: Users pay per session or activity when needed, rather than committing to a subscription or recurring plan.
- Example: A golf club offering one-time bookings for golf lessons or an arts studio allowing one-off class bookings.

4. Flexible Bookings
- Definition: Flexi bookings allow members or customers to choose specific dates and times for activities.
- How It Works: Users can select from available slots in a calendar and book sessions that fit their schedule.
- Example: A football club offering 1-1 coaching sessions could use flexi bookings set up by the centre where customers can select a pre-defined period to book in a session. Customer can select time period as per the time slots you have defined.
