Bookiphy's home dashboard explained

Your Bookiphy dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of everything happening in your club or centre—bookings, revenue, student activity, and more—all in one place.

Here’s a quick walkthrough of what you see and how to use it:

1. Top Panel: Today’s Activity at a Glance

At the very top, you’ll see quick tiles showing:

• Bookings Today – Total number of confirmed bookings for the day

• Trials, Waitlisted, New Messages, Inbox, and Check In/Out – Keeping you up to date with student activity, communication, and sign-ins.

It’s your daily health check for the club.

2. Upcoming Bookings

This section shows all the upcoming sessions across your venues and programmes. You’ll see:

• Activity Name & Date/Time – For example: Gym Jumpers on Mon, 09 Jun 2025 at 5:00 PM

• Age Group – Who the session is for (e.g., 6–12 years)

• Booking Status – How many customers are booked in (e.g., 5/50)

Click “View More” to see the full list by week.

Upcoming Bookings > View Register 

Click into any activity listed under Upcoming Bookings to open the full register view. Here you can:

• See a list of all customers attending the session

• Check primary & emergency contact details

• View booking type (e.g., Subscriptions,Camps etc)

• See allergies and medical info instantly (e.g., Asthma, Egg allergy), with icons indicating risk level

This ensures your staff are fully informed and can respond quickly if needed during the session.

You can also click the attendance icon to mark attendance for all customers in bulk.

3. New Students/Customers

On the right, there’s a live feed of the most recent customers added to your club. You’ll see:

• Name, Age & Booking Details

• The activity they joined

• Any booking that needs follow-up, such as incomplete registration

Great for quickly spotting who’s new and ensuring everything’s set up.

4. Revenue Overview

This graph shows your earnings by booking type across months:

• Choose between All booking types or filter by Subscriptions, Camps, Flexi, Ad-hoc, and Trials.

• Instantly see what’s generating the most revenue and spot trends.

Click “View financial report” for a full breakdown.

5. Bottom Summary Widgets

• Birthdays – View upcoming birthdays of customers within the next 30 days

• Needs Attention – Shows any documents nearing expiration or needing updates

• To-do List – Displays tasks, reminders, or scheduled events like staff meetings

These widgets help you stay ahead and organised!
