A centre admin or staff member can mark a student as absent through Bookiphy. Once a student has been marked as absent in the web portal, the information will be automatically updated in real-time.
However, before a student is marked as absent, make sure you define an 'Absentee Category'.
Defining an Absentee Category using the web portal:
1. Go to Reporting >Absentee Reporting
2. Click on 'Define Absentee Category' from the drop-down list. Once you have defined the absentee categories that you wish to use at your centre, you can add the absentee details.
5. Click on 'Add Absentee'.
6. Select the age group and student and enter the details. Click 'Save'.
Option 2 : Marking Absentee via Attendance Reporting
Click "Mark as absentee” and fill out all of the necessary details. All students due for the day will appear here, simply select the student you wish to mark as absent from the list.
Absentee Reporting
- Absentees will also appear in the Reporting > Absentee Reporting section of the portal, allowing you to easily access and review absentee records for any given session.
