How to Create and Publish Your Booking Form in Bookiphy

Modified on Tue, 14 Oct at 10:21 AM

Creating your own booking form in Bookiphy is quick, simple, and completely customizable! Whether you run a kids activity club, childcare setting, or sports academy — your booking form is where customers discover your activities, register, and pay securely.

Follow these easy steps to build and publish your form:

Step 1: Create Your Activities

Start by adding the activities, classes, or camps you offer.

Include key details like:

  • Activity name and description

  • Age group or eligibility

  • Dates and time slots

  • Venue and pricing

  • Optional extras (e.g. early drop-off, merchandise)

Once saved, you’ll see a green check mark ✅ beside this step — confirming your activities are ready.

Step 2: Design Your Form

Now it’s time to customise the look and feel of your booking form.

In the Design Form step, you can:

  • Choose your preferred font (like Poppins) and background colour (for example, Dawn Pink).

  • Update button and label texts such as “Info & Booking”, “Join Waitlist”, and “Unavailable”.

  • Add your logo, contact details, and booking terms for a polished, branded appearance.

You can preview your booking form live to see how it will look to customers.

It includes filters for age, time, venue, and activity — plus badges like “⭐ Most popular” or “⚡ Hurry! Few spaces left” to help highlight key sessions.

Step 3: Form Settings

This section connects your registration form, which collects essential details like student information, emergency contacts, medical needs, and consent forms.

Publishing a registration form ensures:

✅ Accurate and organised records

✅ Safeguarding and compliance

✅ Smooth and professional booking experience

Tip: New customers must complete this registration form before booking. Existing customers can simply select an already registered student and proceed directly to checkout.

Step 4: Payment Methods

Next, connect your preferred payment options.

Bookiphy integrates with Stripe Connect, allowing you to safely and securely accept:

  • All major debit and credit cards

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Revolut, Klarna, and more

You can also enable secondary offline payment methods such as:

  • Cash or cheque

  • Bank transfer or BACS

  • Childcare vouchers

  • Or even creative custom options like Pay Later or Pay in Installments

When Stripe shows as Connected, your customers will enjoy a smooth, seamless checkout.

Step 5: Share & Insights

Once everything is set up, it’s time to publish and share your booking form!

You’ll see the Publish button at the top right of the screen — click on it to make your form live.

Once published, a green “Published” status will appear ✅ confirming your form is active and ready to accept bookings.

Now you can:

  • Copy your booking form link or embed it on your website

  • Connect conversion and marketing tracking tools like Google AnalyticsGoogle Tag Manager, or Facebook Pixel

  • View insights such as views, bookings, and device usage (desktop, mobile, tablet)

Pro Tip: Use these insights to understand where most bookings come from and fine-tune your campaigns.
