How to Get Your Custom URL and Design Your Login Page in Bookiphy?

Your custom booking URL and login page are the first things customers see when interacting with your club — they represent your brand’s identity and professionalism. Bookiphy allows you to create a personalised link that's unique to you and design a branded login page with your logo, cover image, and colours.

Follow this quick guide to set up both.

Step 1: Access the Booking Form Editor

1. Log in to your Bookiphy Admin Dashboard.

2. Navigate to Club Settings > Booking Form.

3. You’ll see a step-by-step form builder at the top:

   • Create Activities

   • Design Form

   • Form Settings

   • Payment Methods

   • Share & Insights

4. Once you’ve set up your activities, head to Design Form to personalise your booking and login pages.

Step 2: Get Your Custom URL

Your custom booking URL helps parents or students access your club’s booking portal directly (e.g., https://bluebellchildcare-london.bookiphy.com).

To create it:

1. Go to the Design Form tab.

2. Click Change Custom URL.

3. Enter your centre name (e.g., bluebellchildcare-london).

4. Click Send for Review.

✅ Once approved, your custom URL will appear at the top of your booking form, and you can use it to share or embed on your website, social media. Custom URL's are approved within 24 hours during weekdays.

Step 3: Preview Your Booking and Login Pages

Use the toggle buttons to switch between:

• Booking Page – where customers browse and book activities.

• Login Page – where students, admins, and staff log in.
  
  

You’ll also find your published URL displayed at the top, along with a Visit Site button to open your live booking form.

Step 4: Design Your Login Page

You can customise your login page to reflect your club’s identity.

From the Design Form section, you can edit the following:

A. Logo and Cover Image

• Upload your logo icon (e.g., your club badge or emblem).

• Add a cover image (like your team, classroom, or kids’ activity photo).

These visuals will appear on the left side of your login screen.

B. Business Details

Fill in your:

• Business Name

• Business Description (Location or tagline)

• Privacy Notice Link

• Terms of Use Link

These fields appear publicly and ensure compliance with privacy and data regulations.

C. Brand Colour

Choose your brand colour to match your theme.

For example, a gold accent gives a premium and consistent look across your booking form and login pages.

Step 5: Publish Your Booking Form

Once your design is ready:

1. Review the preview below the editor.

2. Ensure your details and images display correctly.

3. Check your Booking Form Status — it should show Published (green).

Your login page is now live and accessible via your custom URL.

Step 6: Share Your Link

Use the Copy Link or Visit Site buttons to:

• Share your booking portal with parents or students.

• Add the link to your website or social profiles.

Below is an example of how the custom link will look like:

Pro Tip:

If you manage multiple venues or branches, you can display each location under your login page, just like:

• Liverpool 
• Edinburgh
• London

• California

• New York

This helps customers choose the right branch while maintaining a unified brand experience.
