How to Update Booking Terms & Conditions in Your Bookiphy Booking Link

Your Booking Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) appear at the bottom of your public Bookiphy booking page — helping parents and customers understand your centre’s rules, payment policies, and contact details before completing a booking.

You can easily update these anytime from the Design Form page in your setup flow.

Step 1: Go to Online Bookings > Booking Form Setup 

1. From your main setup navigation, select Design Form.

2. Scroll down the right-hand side until you see the Booking T&Cs section.

3. Click Booking T&Cs to open the editor.
   
   

Step 2: Edit Your Booking Terms & Conditions

Use the text editor to write or update your terms. You can include sections such as:

• Booking and Payment — e.g. registration requirements, payment methods, and confirmation rules

• Attendance and Punctuality — expected arrival, pick-up times, and absence policy

• Health and Safety — medical information, illness protocols, and emergency response plans

• Behaviour and Conduct — rules for respectful participation, code of conduct

• Refunds and Cancellations — conditions for reschedules or refunds

Tip: Keep your terms concise and easy to understand — this ensures customers know your expectations before confirming a booking.

When finished, click Save to apply your updates.

Step 3: Update Your Contact Details

Next, review your Contact Details so customers know how to reach you.

In the same Design Form page:

1. Click Contact Details.

2. Enter your:

   • Business Phone Number

   • Business Email Address

   • (Optional) Website link

3. Click Save.
   
   

Step 4: View the Updates on Your Booking Link

Once saved, your new Booking Terms & Conditions and Contact Details will automatically appear at the bottom of your public booking page, below your activity listings.

This section helps parents quickly review your policies and contact you if needed.
