Whether you’re managing children’s activities or adult classes, Bookiphy makes it easy to add new customers to your account. Here are four simple ways to get started:
1. Use Your Bookiphy Link (Perfect for Self-Registration)
Want to let customers register and book themselves? Just share your unique Bookiphy link or embed it on your website!
Customers can complete registration and make bookings using your centre’s unique URL.
Their details are automatically added to your account—no manual input needed.
Your booking link is located in the top right section of the header.
2. Add Customers Manually
Ideal when you’ve gathered customer details offline or want to add someone quickly.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to your Home Dashboard
Click the “+” button next to the bell icon
Select “Add Student” (used for both children and adult profiles)
Enter the customer’s information
Choose to send a registration invite now—or save it for later
✅ A great option for quick, one-by-one additions.
3. Bulk Upload (For Paid Plans)
Got a full list of customers to upload?
If you’re on a paid plan and have more than 50 students to upload?, we can handle this for you!
Just email your file to support@bookiphy.com, and our team will upload all customer data for you—fast and hassle-free.
4. Easy Switch: Migrating Existing Stripe Subscriptions
If you’re switching from another platform and already have active Stripe connect to take subscriptions:
Yes, Bookiphy can help with that too!
Our team will guide you through the Stripe migration process to make sure your customers are moved over smoothly—with zero disruption.
Please email support@bookiphy.com to share your current setup. We’ll gather your requirements and provide a clear migration plan with estimated timelines.
