Bookiphy gives every customer a secure portal where they can log in, view their bookings, update details, and make new reservations.
Customers who register directly through your public Bookiphy booking link or website are automatically prompted to create their own login credentials.
However, if you’ve added customers manually or through a bulk (custom) upload, you’ll need to send them login invitations so they can access their accounts.
Step 1: Go to Customer Access Control
From your left-hand menu, navigate to Communications → Customer Access Control.
Here, you’ll see a list of all customers and their login statuses.
Each row shows:
Primary Contact (name and email)
Secondary Contact (if available)
Associated Student(s)
Login Status (e.g. Logged In or Not Logged In)
Step 2: Identify Customers Without Logins
Customers marked with “Not Logged In” under the Primary Contact column have not yet created their credentials. These users need to be sent login invitations.
Tip: You can use the filters or search bar at the top to quickly find all customers without login access.
Step 3: Send Login Invitations
To send login credentials to customers:
In the Customer Access Control page, tick the box next to each customer you want to invite — or click the Select All checkbox at the top to select everyone.
Click the Send Logins button at the top-right.
The system will automatically email each selected customer an invitation link to create their login credentials.

Once sent, customers will receive an email from Bookiphy with instructions to set their password and access their account.
✅ Step 4: Check Login Status
After sending invitations, you can track progress from the same page:
Customers who successfully create their login will show a green “Logged In” status.
Those who haven’t yet accepted the invitation will remain marked as “Not Logged In.”
Additional Notes
You can resend login invitations anytime by repeating the same steps.
If a customer has multiple students linked, a single login gives them access to manage all associated profiles.
The Last Login On timestamp helps you track recent customer activity.
