How to view all activities or products created in my Bookiphy account?

Your Products page in Bookiphy gives you a complete overview of all the activities you’ve created — including their venues, timings, age groups, and pricing.

If your activity type is a Subscription, you can also view detailed day-by-day bookings, trials, and waitlists right from the same page.

Step 1: Go to Club Settings → Products

1. From your left-hand menu, go to Club Settings → Products.

2. This page lists all the activities (or “products”) created under your account.

Step 2: View All Activities at a Glance

Each row on this page gives you a quick snapshot of every activity you’ve created.

You can see:

• Activity Name – The name and thumbnail image of the activity.

• Activity Timing – Start and end times for each session.

• Venue – The location where the activity takes place.

• Room/Class & Price – Age group, class type, and fee per participant.

• Year – The active calendar year of the activity.

• Days Bookable – The total number of bookable days in that year.

• Status – Whether the activity is Published (live) or in Draft.

Tip: Use this section to confirm which activities are currently active, which venues are in use, and how pricing differs across your sessions.

Step 3: Search or Filter Activities

You can use the toolbar at the top to quickly locate specific activities:

• Search bar: Find an activity by name.

• Active filter: Show active, archived, or upcoming activities.

• Year filter: Switch between different years (e.g., 2024, 2025).

Step 4: View Bookings for Subscription Activities

If the booking type for an activity is Subscription, an arrow (▾) will appear beside its name.

Click this arrow to expand the activity and view day-by-day bookings.
