How to view daily registers?

Upcoming Bookings: What’s Ahead Today and This Week

This section gives you a clear view of all classes scheduled across your venues and programmes — helping you and your staff stay prepared.

Here’s what you’ll see:

• Activity Name & Time – e.g., Gym Jumpers – Mon, 09 Jun 2025 at 5:00 PM

• Age Group – e.g., 6–12 years

• Booking Status – e.g., 5/50 booked

• Trials / Waitlisted

✅ Accessing the Daily Register

To view the full register for any session:

1. Find the session under Upcoming Bookings

2. Click the session row or the “Booking numbers'' example 5/8

You’ll instantly see:

• A list of all attendees

• Primary & emergency contact details

• Booking type (e.g., Subscription, Camp, Ad-hoc)

• Allergy or medical flags (e.g., Asthma, Egg allergy)

  ?️ Icons indicate risk level for quicker staff awareness

? Click “View More” to browse the full list of sessions for the day or week to view the capacity overview.

You can also mark attendance in bulk using the check-in icon at the top of the register.
